ABOUT

Ana is a freelance multimedia journalist and photographer. She has over 6 years of experience working with media, UN agencies and non-profits, covering topics that range from refugee rights to wildlife conservation. Much of her most recent work focuses on the relationship between humans and nature. Her stories have been featured in publications like The Guardian, Al Jazeera and Mongabay.

Ana holds an MA in Photojournalism and Documentary Photography from the University of the Arts London, and an MSc in Behaviour Change from University College London. Prior to that she received a BA in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies. 

Ana is native speaker of English and Spanish, and she is currently based in Thailand.
