The Camino the Santiago is an ancient network of pilgrimage routes leading to the northern Spanish city of Santiago de Compostela, where the remains of Saint James reputedly lie. Once mostly a male activity, today women make up over 50 percent of pilgrims. This series aims to capture the perspectives and experiences of women arriving in the city, after weeks, or even months, of walking.
